7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of HerStockAI require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.

8. Demo Trading

Our demo trading feature uses simulated funds for educational purposes. You understand that:

• No real money is involved in demo trading
• Stock prices are provided by third-party data providers and may be delayed up to 15 minutes or more
• Price data is for educational purposes only and should not be used for actual trading decisions
• Simulated results do not guarantee similar results in real trading
• Demo trading does not account for all factors that affect real trading, such as liquidity, fees, and market impact

9. AI Limitations

HerGuide, our AI assistant, is designed to provide educational information and answer questions about investing concepts. However:

• AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI cannot provide personalized financial advice
• AI responses should not be the sole basis for any investment decisions
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI responses

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HerStockAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Investment losses
• Trading losses
• Any damages arising from reliance on content provided through the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HerStockAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• You will not be entitled to any refunds for prepaid fees

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
